Principal Strategic Advisor, Provider-Side Care Delivery Strategy (Healthcare)

Location: Hybrid Flex in Durham, North Carolina; at least two days per week in the office. Candidates from outside the local area may be considered in states listed on the job posting, with onsite expectations discussed during the interview process.

Salary: $130,560–$208,896 per year, plus annual incentive bonus and total rewards.

What you will do

• Develop near- to mid-term strategies for care delivery assets and align them with long-term enterprise strategy.
• Create asset-level strategies and implementation-ready roadmaps based on market insights, performance trends, and competitive dynamics.
• Design strategies for adding, scaling, and optimizing high-margin services and service lines.
• Improve service line economics through revenue cycle management, pricing, cost structure, throughput, and demand generation.
• Develop cross-enterprise strategies connecting CuraCor’s care delivery assets with hirify.global.
• Advise senior leaders, synthesize financial and operational data, and shape strategic recommendations without owning day-to-day operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree where required, or 10+ years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• 8+ years of experience in a related field.
• Experience developing provider-side strategies across health systems and ambulatory care settings.
• Strong strategic and financial acumen, including business case development and modeling.
• Ability to work with complex financial, operational, payer, and market data and interpret analytical outputs.
• Strong communication skills and executive presence, including experience preparing PowerPoint and Excel materials.
