Rental Sales Agent - Melbourne Airport

Location: Melbourne Airport, Australia; onsite role with a rotating roster from 6am to midnight, Monday to Sunday, including weekends, public holidays, and school holidays.

Salary: From AUD 29.70 per hour, plus penalty shift loadings and performance-based monthly incentives.

What you will do

• Welcome customers as the first point of contact and provide professional sales and service.
• Handle rental agreements and respond to customer inquiries.
• Tailor rental offers across available products and vehicle fleets.
• Manage bookings and customer data through technology platforms with accuracy and attention to security.
• Apply premium service standards, compliance requirements, operating protocols, and SIXT Australia values.

Requirements

• Current provisional or full driver's licence required.
• Customer service and sales skills.
• Availability for a rotating roster between 6am and midnight, Monday to Sunday.
• Experience in sales or customer-service-oriented industries such as retail, dealerships, technology, insurance, or real estate is preferred but not essential.
