Expression of Interest - Rental Sales Agent - Adelaide Airport

Location: Adelaide Airport, South Australia, Australia. Onsite role with a rotating roster from 6am to midnight, Monday to Sunday, including weekends, public holidays, and school holidays.

Salary: From AUD 29.70 per hour, plus penalty shift loadings and performance-based monthly incentives.

What you will do

• Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing friendly and professional sales and service.
• Handle rental agreements and customer inquiries in an organized, service-oriented manner.
• Tailor vehicle and product offers to customer needs using the available fleet.
• Manage bookings and customer data through technology platforms with accuracy and attention to security.
• Follow premium service standards, compliance requirements, operating protocols, and SIXT Australia values.

Requirements

• Experience in sales and customer-service-oriented industries is preferable but not essential.
• Current provisional or full driver's licence required.
• Availability for rotating shifts between 6am and midnight, Monday to Sunday, including weekends, public holidays, and school holidays.
• Strong customer service, sales, organization, attention to detail, and data-handling skills.
