Critical Logistics Services Coordinator (Air Logistics)

What you will do

• Coordinate the timely and accurate movement of time-critical freight, with a focus on AOG cargo shipments.
• Process air waybills and bills of lading and maintain accurate operational data.
• Track and trace export and import files, issue arrival notices, and respond to internal and external communications.
• Arrange international shipments with customers and coordinate suppliers including airlines and trucking companies.
• Manage client and service-provider billing, EEIs, standard operating procedures, and KPI compliance.
• Perform basic warehouse operations, including cargo handling, labeling, loading, and unloading.

Requirements

• At least one year of related experience or training focused on AOG and the airspace industry.
• Understanding of air documentation processes, air shipment flows, and international and domestic air and ground routing and dispatching.
• Professional efficiency in English; knowledge of Spanish and Portuguese is required.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication, and detail-oriented skills with a sense of urgency.
• Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and general computer equipment.
• Ability to lift boxes up to 50 lbs and operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment.
