Logistic Operation Coordinator - Bilingual (English/Korean)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain operational plans based on customer business requirements.
• Obtain and provide pricing for ocean, air, and trucking freight through carriers and third-party logistics providers.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce SOPs and work instructions in line with customer requirements and transportation regulations.
• Build relationships with carriers, vendors, and internal stakeholders while resolving freight issues.
• Review business KPIs and performance to support customer satisfaction.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and perform other related operational duties.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in freight forwarding or the logistics industry, including ocean or air carrier operations.
• Background in import logistics, global import operations, and customs compliance.
• Strong Excel spreadsheet and PowerPoint preparation skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, analytical, and able to manage multiple projects under pressure.
• Strong customer orientation, negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; English and Korean bilingual ability preferred.
