Compensation: $70,000–$90,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead seasonal product development for ready-to-wear and sport categories from concept through production.
• Coordinate daily with Design, Materials, Merchandising, Tech Design, Production, global offices, factories, and vendors.
• Manage style trackers, development calendars, milestone deadlines, sample execution, and material availability.
• Own development-stage costing, analyze cost drivers, and recommend construction or specification changes to support target margins.
• Initiate, maintain, review, and hand over accurate bills of materials in Centric PLM.
• Attend Proto, SMS, and Production fittings, document changes, and help resolve design, cost, construction, and delivery issues.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in ready-to-wear product development.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fluid, fast-paced, multi-channel environment.
• Ability to travel as needed.
