Sr. Associate, Product Development, Runway Footwear

Location: New York, NY, United States

Salary: $80,000–$85,000 per year

What you will do

• Coordinate product development and pre-production communication with international factories, suppliers, and the New York office.
• Create, update, and maintain PLM data, BOMs, development specifications, material references, hardware records, and construction details.
• Manage prototype, SMS, confirmation, marketing, and campaign samples throughout development and production.
• Track development calendars, KPIs, master charts, shipments, risks, and runway deadlines.
• Support fittings by documenting design feedback and coordinating follow-up actions with design, product development, and technical teams.
• Prepare and coordinate runway footwear samples, styling lineups, backstage kits, and pre- and post-show sample allocation.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 4 years of product development experience, preferably in runway footwear.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fluid, fast-paced, multi-channel environment.
• Ability to travel as needed.
