Project Manager (Junior)

Location: On-site in Singapore. Only Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents are eligible to apply; work pass sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Assist senior project managers with project plans, timelines, budgets, and delivery activities.
• Coordinate project resources and cross-functional tasks to keep milestones on schedule and within budget.
• Communicate objectives, requirements, expectations, status updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and requirements discussions.
• Document project requirements, decisions, changes, reports, and presentations.
• Identify risks proactively and support the development of mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; up to two years of experience in business analysis or related roles is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
• Excellent verbal, written, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
