Systems Engineer (DoD)

Location: On-site in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, United States. Occasional travel may be required.

What you will do

• Apply MBSE methodologies to develop and maintain system architecture models.
• Develop, document, and manage requirements baselines with full traceability throughout the system lifecycle.
• Contribute to system design and integration while addressing performance, reliability, maintainability, and safety standards.
• Develop verification strategies, author test plans, and lead verification and validation activities.
• Create technical specifications, interface definitions, and test artifacts for internal and customer use.
• Coordinate with software, hardware, and specialty engineering teams to support integration and compliance with DoD standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Several years of systems engineering experience with MBSE concepts and tools.
• US citizenship and eligibility for a DoD security clearance are required.
• Active DoD Secret clearance or higher is preferred.
• Experience with DoD acquisition processes, lifecycle management, or air vehicle integration is preferred.
• Familiarity with simulation and modeling tools and Agile development methodologies is preferred.
