Enterprise System Integrator (Systems Integration)

Location: Chantilly, Virginia, United States; on-site and remote technical support is required.

Salary: $150,200–$206,500 per year for the Virginia area.

What you will do

• Provide Systems Engineer Technical Advisor support for the Intelligence Community Customer Ground Enterprise Directorate.
• Design, develop, test, and deliver products supporting enterprise intelligence systems and data platforms.
• Develop and implement integration architectures using ESB, APIs, SOA, microservices, cloud, and hybrid deployment models.
• Lead complex integration projects, manage technical teams, and deliver shared integration services.
• Develop integration work plans, conduct EMI/EMC testing, and ensure design verification and validation.
• Provide technical support for complex systems, including server management, network troubleshooting, and application integration.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance and polygraph are required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of progressively responsible system integration experience in enterprise environments.
• Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering, complex system analysis, integration challenge resolution, and solution development.
• Experience managing multiple projects, leading teams, and mentoring junior staff.
• Clear written and verbal communication for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder reporting.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, RHCE, APICS, LEAN, or relevant industry credentials.
