Pharmaceutical Sales - Neuroscience Specialist (Pharmaceutical Sales)

Location: Remote-sales role covering Cleveland E, Ohio, and Youngstown; must reside within a commutable distance of 50 miles from the primary city and travel by car daily.

Salary: $107,362–$166,750 annually, plus incentive opportunity.

What you will do

• Engage healthcare providers through in-person, virtual, and digital channels on product access, approved product information, and patient care guidance.
• Build relationships with healthcare practices and provide accurate, balanced product and competitive information.
• Facilitate speaker programs and organize local provider groups to discuss patient experiences and outcomes.
• Analyze territory data, competitive conditions, business reports, and promotional budgets to identify opportunities and set priorities.
• Collaborate with Medical, Market Access, Patient Support, and ecosystem colleagues to adjust targeting and account plans.
• Capture customer insights and elevate market opportunities and feedback to the Area Business Lead.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 2 years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience, or 3 years of B2B or equivalent outside sales experience.
• Alternatively, at least 2 years of clinical healthcare experience with patient-facing, medical education, or therapy-focused responsibilities.
• Ability to communicate complex clinical and product information clearly and influence healthcare stakeholders.
• Residence within 50 miles of the primary Cleveland-area city and ability to travel by car daily are required.
• Ability to work in compliance with applicable regulatory standards and company policies.
