What you will do
- Assist physicians and clinicians with patient care, examinations, and clinical procedures.
- Escort patients and record vital signs, height, weight, allergies, medication changes, and other visit data.
- Obtain patient records and prepare treatment and examination rooms.
- Administer delegated subcutaneous and intramuscular injections.
- Maintain room disinfection protocols and support supplies, orders, and clinic readiness.
- Handle patient calls, prescriptions, scheduling updates, records, reception, filing, and other administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Full-time onsite schedule: Monday–Friday, typically 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
- High school diploma or equivalent; graduation from an accredited medical assistant program is preferred.
- Level 1 requires 0–3 years of medical or nursing assistant experience; Level 2 requires at least 3 years; Senior level requires at least 5 years in a hospital or clinic setting.
- Current BCLS certification is required within 3 months of hire for Level 1; current CPR certification is required for the Senior level.
- Certified Medical Assistant certification is preferred, and state-specific certification requirements may apply.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and occasionally lift or carry items weighing up to 40 pounds.

- Phlebotomy experience.
- Certified Medical Assistant certification.
