Warehouse Business System Specialist (SAP/WMS)

Location: Netherlands – Breda; flexible hybrid arrangement with days in the office and days working from home.

What you will do

• Ensure uninterrupted production and supply through reliable warehouse business systems.
• Lead business requirements gathering and translate requirements into warehouse process blueprints and solution templates.
• Drive warehouse system implementation activities, including test strategy, test execution, configuration, migration, review, and approval.
• Own system validation tasks, documentation, assessments, training content, and deployment materials.
• Define and maintain warehouse system user roles, approve assignments, and conduct periodic audits.
• Collaborate with sites, manufacturing, Global Supply Chain, and Digital Technology and Innovation teams to deliver improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or equivalent logistics knowledge gained through experience.
• At least 5 years of experience, preferably in pharmaceutical warehousing or distribution.
• In-depth SAP and WMS design and implementation experience.
• Strong understanding of cross-functional processes and the ability to visualize and communicate business requirements.
• Experience influencing change in an international matrix environment, working autonomously and collaboratively.
• Fluent English in verbal and written communication, plus technical writing skills.
