Location: Remote, Florida; candidates must reside in Florida. The role supports municipal and federal programs across the Eastern United States. Candidates must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future. is currently unable to hire residents of Alaska, Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Puerto Rico.
Base compensation: $150,000–$180,000 annually, depending on skills and experience.

What you will do
- Lead senior-level multidisciplinary programs focused on civil municipal and federal opportunities across the Eastern United States.
- Manage major strategic clients with multi-year contracts, expanding services and supporting long-term revenue growth.
- Develop market growth strategies, pursuit priorities, client relationship plans, teaming strategies, and pipeline plans.
- Build relationships with municipal leaders, county officials, federal clients, military installations, agencies, teaming partners, and other decision-makers.
- Identify, qualify, win, and deliver infrastructure projects involving water, wastewater, stormwater, transportation, facilities, planning, funding, and federal programs.
- Coordinate with technical leaders, client service managers, federal market leaders, capture resources, and proposal teams to strengthen pursuits and support successful wins.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience managing complex programs involving multidisciplinary teams, strategic goals, quality outcomes, schedules, and budgets.
- Senior-level business development, client development, market growth, capture, strategic sales, or related professional services experience.
- Strong understanding of federal clients, agencies, military installations, procurement pathways, contracting vehicles, capture strategy, teaming relationships, and federal infrastructure opportunities.
- Ability to connect technical capabilities with municipal, county, agency, military, and federal client needs.
- High professional maturity, judgment, ownership, and ability to work independently with leadership and growth teams.
- Valid driver’s license and driving record meeting requirements; an MVR records check and post-offer background check are required.
Nice to have
- Established municipal, county, federal, military, agency, and teaming partner relationships across the Eastern United States.
- Experience growing a new geography, office, market sector, or client base.
- Familiarity with civil municipal infrastructure, federal programs, funding strategy, grants, and public-sector procurement.
- Experience with capture strategy, proposal positioning, shortlist and interview preparation, and client account planning.
- Experience in an employee-owned or relationship-driven professional services organization.
