Senior Vice President of Construction Field Operations, Condo

Location: Miami, Florida; field-based, on-site role requiring regular travel between active construction sites across South Florida

What you will do

• Lead field oversight of approximately 10 active luxury multifamily and condominium construction projects across South Florida.
• Maintain a regular on-site presence, walk active construction sites, monitor progress, and resolve issues affecting schedules, budgets, or customers.
• Support preconstruction planning and readiness ahead of groundbreaking.
• Oversee construction budgets, cost estimation, cost tracking, and cost-control measures.
• Implement quality-control measures and manage risks related to building codes, permitting, safety, site access, schedules, and asset condition.
• Prepare executive reports and recommendations for the COO, Condo President, and EVP of Construction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Extensive construction-management experience overseeing multiple concurrent luxury multifamily or condominium projects.
• Experience managing construction budgets, cost estimation, and cost control.
• Working knowledge of inspection and title processes for residential and condominium construction.
• Strong knowledge of Florida building codes, permitting, and regulatory compliance.
• Willingness and ability to work regularly on active construction sites across South Florida, with strong organization, communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Senior or executive-level construction leadership experience with a luxury residential or condominium developer.
• Experience supporting projects through preconstruction.
• Established relationships with South Florida general contractors, trade partners, and inspection and title professionals.
