Solutions Engineer (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Lead the technical aspect of the sales process from discovery through close.
• Understand customer needs and explain how hirify.global addresses business and security challenges.
• Deliver technical demonstrations, proofs of value, deep dives, and workshops.
• Build relationships with engineering, security, and C-suite stakeholders.
• Support integration of hirify.global's solutions into customers' security stacks.
• Represent hirify.global at conferences, keynotes, and industry events.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or similar pre-sales roles.
• Strong knowledge of AI, SaaS security, or SSPM.
• Familiarity with data governance and enterprise SaaS ecosystems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with both executives and engineers.
• Proactive, adaptable, customer-focused, and collaborative approach.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.

Nice to have

• Experience at a high-growth security or SaaS startup.
• Knowledge of posture management, identity governance, API security, or IAM.
• Security certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, or GIAC.
• Hands-on scripting, SaaS, and integration experience.
