Salary: $143,616–$229,786 per year

What you will do

• Lead multiple large and complex data science and engineering projects.
• Develop and test hypotheses across functional datasets and translate business requests into technical requirements.
• Design integrated data models, data stores, and scalable pipelines for data ingestion, cleansing, transformation, integration, and validation.
• Build production models and complex analytic algorithms using statistical analysis, predictive modeling, data mining, pattern recognition, and network analysis.
• Engineer datasets with SQL, resolve data quality issues, and apply Big Data systems to analytical model implementation.
• Communicate actionable insights to cross-functional and executive stakeholders while influencing business outcomes across Commercial and Medicare.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree, or 10+ years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• 8+ years of experience in a related field.
• Strong analytics and data science expertise, including complex data analysis, data modeling, statistical methods, and predictive analytics.
• Experience with Snowflake, Python, R, and SQL-based data engineering.
• Experience building AI agents, performing outlier detection, and incorporating industry benchmarks into analysis.
• Healthcare experience with Payment Integrity and FWA business knowledge is required.

Nice to have

• Understanding of FWA concepts, CMS guidelines, and medical or reimbursement policy.
