Wellness Nurse (LPN) Part Time and Per-Diem

Location: Brick Township, New Jersey, USA; onsite role

Salary: $35.00–$37.00 per hour

What you will do

• Provide direct nursing care with an emphasis on holistic resident wellness.
• Monitor residents’ health, safety, and well-being.
• Assist with training and monitoring medication administration.
• Supervise care staff in accordance with state regulations and community policies.
• Conduct thorough resident assessments and maintain clinical quality assurance.
• Promote high standards of service while supporting the company’s mission.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and a current LPN license.
• Experience working with residents with Alzheimer’s disease or related dementias.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, techniques, methods, and applicable federal and state regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and use Microsoft Office, including Windows, Outlook, and Excel.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, kneel, reach, and perform other physical care duties, including lifting or supporting residents weighing up to 50 lbs.

Nice to have

• At least two years of experience in long-term care, assisted living, home health, or a hospital setting.
