FP&A Sr. Analyst

Location: São Paulo, Brazil; hybrid with in-person work at an assigned hirify.global office at least two days per week

What you will do

• Manage closing activities, forecasting, and planning, including Opex and Capex budgeting and revenue performance monitoring.
• Analyze scenarios, assumptions, revenue growth, pricing strategies, volume drivers, and deviations between actual and budgeted results.
• Monitor the complete P&L and key performance indicators while identifying cost and revenue risks and opportunities.
• Prepare and analyze national and international reports covering revenue performance, profitability, and business results.
• Improve planning and reporting controls and build historical data for predictive analysis.
• Partner with business leaders across the organization and translate complex financial data into clear insights and narratives.

Requirements

• Higher education in Accounting, Financial Management, Controllership, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in FP&A, business partnering, and auditing.
• Advanced English required for global interactions.
• Office Package knowledge, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
• Analytical and logical reasoning, business vision, ownership, proactive attitude, organization, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, OneStream, or Hyperion.
• Experience with revenue analytics, pricing strategies, commercial finance, and financial modeling.
• Experience leading improvement projects and financial optimization initiatives.
• Strong storytelling skills for executive presentations.
