Trade Marketing Manager (Ecommerce)

What you will do

• Develop annual trade marketing roadmaps and category growth strategies for toys and consumer goods across EMEA.
• Build platform trade operation systems covering merchant tiers, category subsidies, and differentiated growth policies.
• Plan and execute category campaigns aligned with EMEA shopping events and local seasonal sales.
• Manage category trade marketing budgets, allocate funds across countries and merchant tiers, and optimize ROI.
• Negotiate joint promotions and platform support with core brand merchants, including Mattel and other major consumer goods brands.
• Track category performance and collaborate with traffic, merchant operations, product, regional, and compliance teams.

Requirements

• Experience in platform-side trade marketing, category growth, ecommerce, or merchant operations.
• Ability to design merchant incentive mechanisms, subsidy rules, and category campaign strategies.
• Strong budget management, ROI analysis, and data-driven optimization skills.
• Ability to analyze GMV, transaction volume, merchant activity, seller growth, conversion, and traffic efficiency.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally and delivering regular business performance reviews.
