Marketplace Manager - THG Nutrition | Myprotein (Ecommerce)

What you will do

• Manage and monitor marketplace budgets to keep spending within agreed parameters while supporting revenue growth.
• Own top-line revenue targets across Amazon and other marketplaces.
• Work with the Head of Marketplaces to shape channel strategy and improve category and brand performance.
• Track TACoS, ROAS, contribution margin, and other performance metrics, turning data into actionable insights.
• Coordinate marketplace activity with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Product teams.
• Create and present regular performance-versus-budget reports with risks, opportunities, and recommendations.

Requirements

• Proven experience working with or closely alongside Amazon, including 1P/3P operations.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience managing revenue and marketing budgets.
• Experience working with large datasets and tools such as Excel, Helium 10, or similar analytics platforms.
• Ability to identify performance trends, diagnose issues, and drive improvements.
• Experience collaborating with supply, finance, marketing, and product teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, prioritization, and project-management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in sports nutrition or the broader FMCG sector.
