Marketing Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Remote, but the candidate must reside within the North Texas area; supports the Dallas, DFW-West, and NE Texas regions. The role involves approximately 30% travel by air or automobile.

hirify.global and Texas Oncology provide evidence-based community oncology care through a large network of providers and sites across Texas.

What you will do

• Develop short-term and long-range marketing services plans aligned with corporate goals, growth objectives, and market conditions.
• Manage network-wide communications, public relations programs, advertising campaigns, and media placement.
• Develop marketing tools, reports, advertising copy, brochures, press releases, and direct-mail materials.
• Plan and manage corporate functions and conferences, including budgets, vendors, communications, logistics, and post-event evaluation.
• Monitor markets, industries, competitors, and customer reactions to refine marketing strategies and identify expansion opportunities.
• Coordinate marketing resources and oversee Marketing Specialists and other marketing support staff as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum seven years of experience in marketing or advertising.
• Ability to work in an office-based environment when performing role responsibilities and interact frequently with corporate staff, field staff, customers, and external contacts.
• Ability to travel approximately 30% of the time and meet the stated physical requirements, including occasional lifting of up to 30 pounds.
