Senior Data Analyst (User Operations)

Location: Based in Madrid or willing to relocate to Madrid. Home-office friendly.

What you will do

• Build and maintain dashboards, reporting, and automations for User Operations.
• Translate operational and event data into concrete initiatives and data-driven decisions.
• Provide actionable metrics for user support and performance visibility for event partners.
• Support app developments that directly influence the user experience.
• Run projects end to end and coordinate with central Data and support operations stakeholders.
• Improve inefficient processes and help develop the data function over time.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in data, analytics, BI, data project management, or operations analytics.
• Experience building and maintaining dashboards with Metabase, Looker, or similar tools.
• Scripting and automation experience.
• Ability to manage projects end to end, prioritize work, and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Full professional fluency in English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Based in Madrid or willing to relocate to Madrid.

• Relevant Master’s degree or additional analytics training.
