Senior Finance Analyst, Treasury Controllership

Location: Raynham, Massachusetts, or another Orthopedics location in the United States: New Brunswick, New Jersey; Warsaw, Indiana; or Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Hybrid role with up to 5% domestic travel.

Base pay: $94,000–$151,800 per year.

What you will do

• Support accounting and financial reporting for debt, investments, intercompany funding, and foreign exchange transactions across the Americas.
• Prepare and review treasury journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities.
• Perform control testing, monitor treasury processes, investigate variances, and address control gaps.
• Maintain treasury policies, procedures, documentation, and compliance with SOX and audit requirements.
• Support implementation and maintenance of the Kyriba Treasury Management System, including user acceptance testing, module rollouts, and controls configuration.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, Internal Audit, and Tax on reporting, issue resolution, process improvement, and automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in treasury controllership, treasury accounting, internal controls, finance, or accounting.
• Working knowledge of treasury accounting, account reconciliations, and financial controls.
• Strong analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• English required.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or MBA.
• Experience with treasury management systems, ERP platforms, regional or multi-entity treasury reporting, SOX compliance, controls testing, or audit coordination.
• Knowledge of intercompany funding, debt, investments, and liquidity structures.
• Experience in a large, matrixed, or multinational organization.
• Treasury-related certification such as CTP.
