Personal Loan Spec (Finance)

Location: Onsite in Coralville, Iowa, United States. Monday–Friday during standard business hours, with some extended weekday hours and possible Saturday work.

What you will do

• Listen to customer needs and provide tailored personal loan solutions.
• Build and maintain customer relationships throughout the loan process and life cycle.
• Manage loan servicing and collections activities in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Educate customers about loan terms, options, and optional insurance products.
• Communicate with customers and internal departments through phone, email, chat, and in-house systems.
• Work toward individual and branch goals while providing efficient, empathetic service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work onsite in Coralville, Iowa.
• Ability to work standard business hours Monday–Friday, with occasional extended hours and possible Saturday shifts.

Nice to have

• Experience in sales, collections, or customer service.
