What you will do

• Deploy, configure, patch, monitor, and maintain Windows Server 2019/2022 across physical, virtual, and cloud environments.
• Administer Active Directory, including forest and domain management, GPO engineering, replication troubleshooting, schema extensions, and security audits.
• Manage hybrid identity synchronization between on-premises Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID, along with ADFS and SSO services.
• Engineer MECM/SCCM infrastructure, software distribution, operating system deployment task sequences, configuration items, and automated patch management.
• Administer IIS, SSL/TLS certificates, Hyper-V failover clusters, and secondary Microsoft SQL Server infrastructure support.
• Maintain AWS and GCP environments, support secure connectivity to on-premises resources, and execute backup, disaster recovery, vulnerability management, and Zero-Trust security practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of dedicated Windows Systems Administration experience, including 2–3 years in a senior or lead capacity.
• Advanced experience resolving Active Directory replication, schema, topology, security, and multiplatform integration issues.
• Operational experience with infrastructure in both AWS and GCP, including secure cross-platform networking to on-premises systems.
• Strong PowerShell proficiency for automation, bulk configuration, and system metrics extraction.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-team communication skills.
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, ADFS, MECM/SCCM, GPO, IIS, SQL Server, Hyper-V, and related Microsoft infrastructure technologies.
