Manager, Strategy & Operations - Fulfillment

Location: Onsite in Santa Fe Springs, California, with regular onsite presence at the Beverly Hills headquarters throughout the week. Schedule: Monday–Friday during core business hours.

What you will do

• Lead strategic initiatives across distribution center labor optimization, capacity planning, throughput, inventory, quality, returns, and operational workflows.
• Improve outbound fulfillment across picking, packing, sorting, shipping, assignment logic, and order-flow prioritization.
• Scope and implement robotics and automation initiatives, including vendor diligence, business cases, and engineering coordination.
• Partner with Systems Architecture to improve WMS, OMS, WCS, ERP integrations, and adjacent fulfillment systems.
• Manage vendor performance and integrations while reducing cost and lead times and improving reliability.
• Design future distribution centers, define KPIs and dashboards, present recommendations to executives, and build the Strategy & Operations team.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience across supply chain or fulfillment operations, strategy, or operations at a fast-growing e-commerce company.
• Demonstrated ownership of distribution center or fulfillment initiatives with measurable impact on cost, throughput, or quality.
• Working knowledge of WMS, WCS, and adjacent systems, with experience partnering with engineering and systems architecture teams.
• Experience leading robotics, automation, or process-engineering initiatives from business case through implementation.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; ability to analyze complex datasets and communicate insights to executives. SQL and data visualization experience are required.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience, strong project management skills, and the ability to build and lead teams.

• Experience with high-volume fulfillment or last-mile networks.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent continuous-improvement methodology.
• Engineering, operations, supply chain, or another quantitative degree; an advanced degree is a plus.
• Additional language skills.
