Test Engineer (Semiconductor ATE)

What you will do

• Define mixed-signal test methodologies and generate effective test coverage.
• Develop, debug, and release ATE production test hardware and software.
• Build low-cost, high-yield, high-throughput, and high-quality production test capabilities.
• Reduce test time and support yield improvement to increase gross margin and throughput.
• Support reliability testing and collaborate with design, DFT, product engineering, quality engineering, supply chain, and OSAT partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 2 years of ATE experience.
• Knowledge of IC test flows, test methodologies, and test coverage generation.
• Experience with C, Visual Basic, Excel macros, and PCB design for ATE test hardware.
• Familiarity with ATE calibration, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
• Written and verbal English is essential.

Nice to have

• Test development experience with Cohu Dmdx.
• Programming experience in C++ or Visual Basic.
• Semiconductor automotive knowledge.
