TL;DR
Junior Business Analyst (Digital Transformation/Agile): Supporting the gathering, analysis, and documentation of business and system requirements for digital solutions with an accent on functional specifications, user stories, and stakeholder communication. Focus on facilitating requirements workshops, participating in system testing, maintaining project documentation, and supporting Agile and SDLC implementation.
Location: On-site in Singapore; only Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents are eligible.

What you will do
- Gather, document, and analyze business and system requirements.
- Support requirements workshops and discussions with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
- Collaborate with developers, testers, and project managers to align solutions with business needs.
- Participate in system testing by preparing test cases and executing tests.
- Prepare user manuals, training materials, process documentation, and post-implementation reviews.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates and candidates transitioning into business analysis are encouraged to apply.
- Up to 2 years of experience in a related role is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodology.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident status required; work pass sponsorship is not available.
