What you will do

• Participate in discovery and presale processes for new client projects.
• Manage value delivery and collaborate with product owners to maintain product backlogs.
• Define acceptance criteria based on business logic, user requirements, and technical constraints.
• Analyze sprint performance and project progress to provide actionable reports.
• Facilitate communication within cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Translate business visions into structured user stories and technical documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of business analysis experience in an IT outsourcing environment.
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
• Experience in pre-sales, discovery-phase shaping, and backlog management.
• Strong background in business analysis practices and requirements gathering.
• Technical understanding equivalent to a Junior Software Developer.
• Experience with collaboration and documentation tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Figma.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as PMP, PSPO, CBAP, or PMI-PBA.
