Senior Product Designer (Healthcare)

Location: San Francisco, CA; onsite five days per week

Salary: $200,000–$225,000 per year, plus equity.

What you will do

• Own product strategy for a designated area by defining and prioritizing the most important problems.
• Set and drive the roadmap from opportunity sizing through launch and iteration.
• Partner directly with engineering, growth, and leadership to align priorities.
• Make final decisions on scope, sequencing, and launch quality.
• Design end-to-end product experiences, including user flows, interfaces, and systems.
• Measure shipped work and use results to guide future product decisions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product design experience.
• A portfolio demonstrating a high level of craft and design reasoning.
• Experience partnering directly with engineering to ship products.
• Experience independently prioritizing a backlog or roadmap and defending decisions to stakeholders.
• Ability to work onsite in San Francisco five days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience presenting strategy and rationale to executives or founders.
• Background at a product-led company where design played a strong role in strategy.
