Field Engineer (HVAC)

Location: Based at the sales office in Dallas, Texas, United States, with frequent travel to job sites throughout the territory

Salary: $70,000–$100,000 base per year, negotiable based on experience, plus a monthly productivity and profit bonus

What you will do

• Support the sales team with construction management and after-sales field engineering.
• Support equipment installations and startups at job sites, ensuring quality outcomes and adherence to engineering principles.
• Troubleshoot existing and newly installed equipment and provide immediate field solutions.
• Coordinate with engineering, service, sales, customers, contractors, and installers to resolve project issues.
• Analyze installed-equipment data through the CASLink remote monitoring system to support product improvements.
• Review mechanical building applications, train outside contractors, and report customer feedback and product issues.

Requirements

• 0–5 years of experience and a preferred four-year technical degree in mechanical, electrical, construction, or science-related studies.
• HVAC and/or electrical experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong multitasking, problem-solving, hands-on, and communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel for training and frequent job-site work.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
