Consulting Senior Director – Innosight Healthcare Provider Strategy & Innovation

Location: Remote within the contiguous United States, near a major airport; travel varies by client and project

Base salary: $235,000–$275,000 per year. Estimated total compensation including annual incentive: $352,500–$412,500.

What you will do

• Advise healthcare CEOs, executive leadership teams, and boards on strategic, growth, innovation, and transformation priorities.
• Lead complex enterprise strategy engagements covering market positioning, business model transformation, partnerships, service line strategy, and organizational transformation.
• Originate and close significant consulting engagements, manage the business development pipeline, and lead proposals and negotiations.
• Build enduring relationships with healthcare provider clients and expand opportunities across Innosight and hirify.global.
• Frame ambiguous strategic problems, integrate qualitative and quantitative insights, and deliver actionable executive recommendations.
• Oversee client impact, team performance, project economics, delivery quality, and the overall engagement experience.

Requirements

• Prior management consulting experience, including advising healthcare provider organizations.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience working with healthcare providers on strategy, growth, innovation, partnerships, M&A, provider alignment, or enterprise transformation.
• Deep knowledge of hospitals, health systems, academic medical centers, integrated delivery networks, physician groups, or ambulatory care organizations.
• Proven success developing senior client relationships and originating, expanding, and closing significant consulting engagements.
• Experience advising healthcare C-suite executives and boards and leading complex multi-workstream engagements.
• Must be willing to travel as needed and live in the contiguous United States near a major airport.
