Senior Full Stack Engineer (PHP, Python, React): Building web applications, APIs, tools, and dashboards that transform satellite network data into device tracking, session management, and satellite pass management capabilities with an accent on Laravel/PHP, Python, and modern frontend development. Focus on designing production-ready full-stack features, integrating Core Network and Platform data, operating deployments, and maintaining quality through testing, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
Location: Barcelona, Spain; hybrid model with 3 days on-site and 2 days remote

Sateliot is a Barcelona-based satellite company building a constellation that enables standard commercial devices to communicate directly from space.
What you will do
- Design and deliver full-stack features from technical design through Laravel/PHP and Python APIs to React and Angular interfaces.
- Build reliable tools and dashboards for device status, tracking, session management, and satellite pass management.
- Own technical design and architecture decisions, document trade-offs, and evolve the platform.
- Set quality standards through unit testing, SonarQube, code reviews, maintainability practices, and technical-debt management.
- Mentor less experienced engineers through pairing, code reviews, and design discussions.
- Operate production systems and collaborate with IT Platform on deployments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional full-stack engineering experience delivering production software.
- Deep experience with PHP and Laravel, including building, shipping, and operating production web applications.
- Strong experience with REST APIs, relational databases such as SQLite, PostgreSQL, and MySQL, queue-based background processing, Python 3 with Flask or Django, React, and Angular.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines, and Linux Ubuntu.
- Substantial daily experience using AI coding assistants such as Codex, Claude Code, and Cursor for implementation, debugging, testing, and code review.
- Based in Barcelona and available for regular on-site work under the hybrid model.
Nice to have
- Experience with satellite, telecom, or IoT data.
- Experience with observability stacks such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK.
