What you will do
- Own and support critical applications across the Wholesale Lending landscape.
- Design, develop, and enhance scalable Java-based business applications.
- Build secure, resilient, and high-performing systems.
- Lead technical discussions, influence architecture, and drive engineering decisions and improvements.
- Balance feature delivery with platform stability, security, and risk management.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders while contributing hands-on through coding, testing, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Java 8 or higher.
- Extensive experience with Spring Boot and the Spring Framework.
- Solid understanding of microservices and event-driven architecture.
- Strong experience with relational databases and software design principles.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and automated delivery pipelines.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and champion secure, stable, high-quality engineering practices.
