Software Engineer - Information Technology

What you will do

• Engineer, assure the quality of, and manage releases for software solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
• Deliver frequent and reliable code changes using development and operations practices, agile methodology, and CI/CD tools.
• Streamline and automate the software development lifecycle.
• Lead end-to-end service delivery, including vendor governance, for regional, global, or small application platforms.
• Define, build, and manage the CI/CD stack for an IT platform.
• Develop expertise in the selected application domain and technologies while ensuring operational excellence.

Requirements

• Fresh graduate with a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or a professional with up to 3 years of experience.
• Balance business understanding with hands-on technical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
• Ability to engage senior leaders in technology decisions related to business value and the end-to-end IT lifecycle.
• Understanding of core project management principles and the ability to lead one or more projects with fiscal discipline and operational excellence.
• Willingness to travel to other countries and collaborate across cultures and time zones.
