TL;DR
Application Developer (PL/SQL): Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable financial technology solutions in an agile environment with an accent on product maintenance, solution design, and permanent issue resolution. Focus on analyzing business requirements, writing maintainable code, participating in client workshops and code reviews, and supporting operational needs outside standard business hours.

What you will do
- Maintain products by delivering workarounds and permanent resolutions within established SLAs.
- Design and develop scalable, maintainable code aligned with best practices and architectural standards.
- Prepare solution designs for new features and participate in code reviews with technical leads.
- Participate in client workshops and requirements analysis sessions to understand business needs.
- Document code and technical solutions for knowledge sharing.
- Support shifting schedules, minimal on-call night support, and reasonable overtime when operationally required.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in software development or a related engineering role.
- Strong programming knowledge in one or more languages, including PL/SQL or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to complex technical challenges.
- Experience with agile or waterfall development environments and their methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to have
- University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience in financial services, treasury, or payments.
- Knowledge of FIX protocol, SWIFT MT, or ISO 20022.
- Experience delivering projects on time and within scope.
