Digital Product Owner (Equity Compensation Platform)

Location: On site four days per week in Westlake, Texas, or Austin, Texas; applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Salary: $104,600–$140,000 per year, plus potential bonuses or incentive opportunities.

Workplace Services supports retirement, stock plans, and designated brokerage services for corporations and their employees, including the EquiView equity compensation recordkeeping platform.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-release EquiView initiatives, including financial reporting enhancements and regulatory updates.
• Own scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, resourcing, stakeholder alignment, UAT strategy, and operational readiness for launches.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, QA, Reporting, Client Services, Compliance, Operations, and other stakeholders to define requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Support client readiness, training, issue resolution, and post-launch adoption.
• Contribute to the product vision and roadmap for EquiView financial reporting and recordkeeping capabilities.
• Define success measures and deliver documented, supportable solutions aligned with client needs and operational controls.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Product Owner, Product Manager, or equivalent experience leading backlogs, roadmap delivery, and cross-functional outcomes.
• Experience with equity compensation, stock plan administration, equity systems, or equity compensation financial reporting products.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, risk management, delivery, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional Agile environment.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• Current authorization to work full-time in the United States without employer sponsorship and availability for on-site work four days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with equity plan platforms, enterprise financial reporting systems, or EquiView.
• Understanding of ASC 718, IFRS 2, and ESPP concepts.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methods.
• Equity Compensation Associate Level 1 certification or equivalent experience.
