Consulting Manager – Workday Integrations and Technical Solutions

Location: Remote - US

Salary: $150,000–$190,000 USD annually, based on qualifications and experience.

What you will do

• Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and support of Workday integrations for multiple clients.
• Build integrations using Workday Studio, core connectors, BIRT, and XSLT.
• Develop complex Workday reports, configure business process steps, and maintain integration specifications, field mappings, and solution designs.
• Investigate integration failures, resolve production support tickets, and perform root cause analyses.
• Support integration security audits and regression testing during Workday releases.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to automate data delivery, improve data management, and identify enhancement opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday integration development experience, including Workday Studio, EIBs, and core connectors.
• Proficiency in Java or another programming language.
• Working knowledge of XSLT, SOAP, and REST calls.
• Experience leading and motivating teams, with strong coaching and mentoring abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with stakeholders and users.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud environments.
• Experience with workflow languages such as CWL, WDL, or Nextflow.
• Familiarity with Workday tenant configuration, data governance, security, maintenance, and system development life cycle.
