Lake Jackson RX Tech - Pharmacy Tech - Full Time

Location: Lake Jackson, Texas, United States; onsite retail pharmacy work with rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.

Salary: USD $20.00 per hour

What you will do

• Process written and third-party prescriptions using RxEVO, verify patient information, and manage adjudication reviews.
• Provide customer service and resolve exception-station and pharmacy system issues.
• Coordinate prescription screening, flu shot scheduling, immunization scheduling, and other professional services activities.
• Manage pharmacy inventory, invoices, warehouse and DSD orders, deliveries, recalls, and returns to stock.
• Operate and maintain automated prescription equipment such as Kirby Lester and ScriptPro.
• Assemble, measure, reconstitute, label, and verify prescriptions while following HIPAA, Central Fill, and pharmacy standards.

Requirements

• Active State of Texas registration as a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) is required.
• At least 1 year of experience as an active retail Certified Pharmacy Technician; 3+ years of pharmacy experience preferred.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent, and age 18 or older.
• Working knowledge of pharmacy management tasks, hirify.global SOPs, prescription processing, and mathematical measurement calculations.
• Intermediate computer skills with Windows, MS Office, RxEVO, RxIMS, PartnerNet, and Workforce Manager.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, stand for extended periods, lift 30 lbs or more, and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of pharmacy experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment and ability to work with limited supervision.
