Twitter / X Community Manager

Location: Remote setup with access to hubs in Dubai, Yerevan, London, and Belgrade.

What you will do

• Own the Twitter/X account across content, community, and growth.
• Develop the content strategy, publishing rhythm, and platform-native voice.
• Write posts, create visual content with AI and creative tools, and prepare briefs for complex designs.
• Build relationships with creators through conversations, replies, comments, and direct messages.
• Identify trends, memes, and cultural moments, and experiment with Twitter-specific growth mechanics.
• Track engagement and account performance to improve creator acquisition.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in social media, community management, content, or a similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience independently managing and growing a Twitter/X account.
• Strong understanding of Twitter culture, algorithms, discovery mechanics, trends, memes, restrictions, and platform nuances.
• Excellent written English and the ability to create natural, platform-native content.
• Confidence communicating with creators, influencers, and online communities, including through direct messages.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate with designers, and make decisions without constant supervision.

Nice to have

• Experience in the adult industry or creator economy.
• Experience with AI, Web3, SaaS, or subscription products.
• Experience creating content independently with AI or other creative tools.
