Production Scheduler-2nd Shift

Location: Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, United States; on-site, 2nd shift

Salary: $54,300–$75,400 annually, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus

hirify.global is a global marine company whose Mercury Marine division manufactures recreational marine propulsion engines, boats, services, and parts.

What you will do

• Analyze demand, trends, forecasts, and material flow to schedule components across multiple manufacturing operations.
• Expedite materials from interplant, purchasing, vendor, and engineering sources.
• Coordinate with receiving, inspection, purchasing, machine centers, assembly, engineering, vendors, and other manufacturing functions to resolve issues.
• Maintain inventory levels that meet customer demand while maximizing inventory turns through Kanban, Pull, PIMS, and related systems.
• Execute and distribute daily reports used for production decision-making.
• Drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, waste reduction, and process improvements.

Requirements

• Experience in materials management and/or supply chain.
• Strong cross-functional leadership, communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Technical and logical problem-solving capability, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and in an unsupervised environment.
• Applicants must already be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

Nice to have

• BA/BS in Business, Operations, or Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Kanban replenishment, PFEP methodology, Lean Six Sigma, lean manufacturing, APICS, ERP/mainframe systems, and bills of material.
• Leadership and project management skills.
