Senior Project Manager, Professional Services (Fintech)

Location: USA - Remote

Salary: $111,000–$139,000 USD annual base salary; additional bonus eligibility may apply.

What you will do

• Lead customer-facing engagement as the primary point of contact for enterprise banking clients throughout migration projects.
• Design customized solutions with customers and product stakeholders for complex business requirements.
• Partner with engineering to validate technical feasibility and deliver platform enhancements.
• Coordinate 10+ concurrent enterprise migrations and cross-functional stakeholders across time zones.
• Own the customer journey from pre-migration planning through go-live and post-launch optimization.
• Track migration metrics, customer satisfaction, and product quality while improving delivery processes and documentation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of direct client-facing product experience, including large-scale enterprise deliverables.
• Deep understanding of enterprise software implementations and system integrations.
• Experience managing complex, highly customized customer projects while maintaining product integrity.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across customer, product, and engineering teams.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders and communicate business impact and trade-offs.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent customer projects with competing priorities and dependent internal teams.

Nice to have

• FinTech or financial services software experience.
• Experience with equity management platforms such as Certent or Shareworks.
• Familiarity with enterprise banking or alternative asset management workflows.
• Experience with BI, reporting platforms, financial data management, or large-scale customer migrations.
