Senior Manager, Data Analytics

Location: Hybrid role based in the Cleveland, Ohio office

What you will do

• Lead the enterprise analytics function and establish a scalable reporting and analytics strategy.
• Oversee enterprise reporting and business intelligence solutions in Power BI, including governance, consistency, usability, and adoption.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of analytics professionals.
• Advise executives and department leaders through dashboards, performance reporting, strategic analysis, and actionable recommendations.
• Partner with marketing on customer insights, acquisition, retention, customer experience, and growth analytics.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Data Science, IT, and business stakeholders to improve data quality, accessibility, visualization standards, and self-service analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in analytics, statistics, economics, marketing, data science, computer science, or a related quantitative discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or decision support.
• 3+ years of experience managing, developing, and mentoring analytics, business intelligence, or reporting teams.
• Experience leading enterprise analytics initiatives across multiple business functions and partnering with executive leadership.
• Advanced Power BI expertise, including enterprise reporting strategy, dashboard development, and visualization best practices.
• Experience with insurance-related analytics, strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, consulting, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in analytics, data science, statistics, business administration, economics, computer science, or a related discipline.
• Property and casualty, pet insurance, or broader insurance experience.
• Marketing, customer, retention, or growth analytics experience.
• Proficiency with Azure, Databricks, SQL, or modern data platform environments.
• Experience with self-service business intelligence, reporting modernization, or data governance programs.
