Analytics & Digital Enablement Manager

Location: Houston, TX; primarily office-based with in-office work 5 days a week. Occasional travel to field offices and operational sites is required, with possible after-hours emergency response support.

What you will do

• Lead the enterprise Business Intelligence and analytics function, including standards, priorities, delivery processes, and a team of BI Analysts.
• Own the administration, configuration, governance, security, licensing, lifecycle management, and operational health of Microsoft Power BI and TIBCO Spotfire.
• Establish development, testing, and production environments with controlled deployment pipelines, release management, and change control.
• Partner with business stakeholders, Data Engineering, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, AI & Automation, and project managers to gather requirements and deliver reporting solutions.
• Drive governed self-service analytics through a citizen developer community, coaching, proof-of-concept support, and promotion of successful solutions into enterprise-managed assets.
• Standardize KPIs, semantic models, reporting documentation, certification processes, adoption monitoring, and data literacy practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent practical experience may be accepted.
• 7+ years of experience delivering enterprise Business Intelligence, analytics, or reporting solutions.
• 3+ years of experience leading Business Intelligence, reporting, or analytics teams.
• Experience with Power BI and TIBCO Spotfire administration, including security, workspaces, libraries, deployment pipelines, gateways, semantic models, licensing, capacity, upgrades, and monitoring.
• Strong knowledge of data warehousing, semantic modeling, KPI standardization, data governance, metadata management, SQL, and modern cloud data platforms such as Snowflake.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, organization, and project management skills.

Nice to have

• Oil and gas industry experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI Fabric capabilities and enterprise analytics governance.
