Bilingual Loan Sales Specialist (Spanish)

Location: On site in Kissimmee, Florida, United States. Monday–Friday during standard business hours, with occasional extended hours and some Saturdays.

What you will do

• Listen to customer needs and present tailored loan and financing solutions.
• Build and maintain customer relationships throughout the loan process and life cycle.
• Manage loan servicing and collections activities while following applicable laws and regulations.
• Support customers through phone, email, chat, and internal systems.
• Educate customers about loan terms, options, and optional insurance products.
• Contribute to individual and branch sales and service goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing customer and business needs.
• Goal-oriented approach and strong drive to achieve results.
• Availability to work on site in Kissimmee, Florida.

Nice to have

• Experience in sales, collections, or customer service.
• Spanish bilingual ability.
