Branch Banking Leader (Bilingual - Spanish) - Doral FL

Location: Doral, Florida, United States; full-time branch-based role

Salary: $59,085.00–$99,485.00 per year, with potential variable incentives, bonuses, commissions, or other awards.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing branch team to achieve sales and financial performance targets.
• Drive growth in primary client relationships, deposits, loans, and non-interest income.
• Execute business development activities, partner-generated sales, and branch sales initiatives.
• Manage talent processes, including hiring, performance evaluations, staff development, disciplinary actions, and succession planning.
• Deliver client education and engagement while resolving branch operations and client satisfaction issues.
• Maintain operational excellence and identify and mitigate regulatory, reputational, employee, and client risks.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of overall branch sales experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Bilingual Spanish proficiency required.
• High school diploma, GED, equivalent credential, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to build trusted client and stakeholder relationships, coach employees, prioritize competing demands, and drive results.
• Ability to comply with applicable banking policies, regulations, and compliance requirements.
