TL;DR

Inter Procurement (Global Supply Chain): Supporting international procurement operations in Guadalajara through supplier follow-up, sample imports, invoice resolution, reporting, and tender processes with an accent on import/export coordination and procurement data analysis. Focus on tracking samples, collecting and analyzing data, resolving invoices, and coordinating with suppliers.

Location: Guadalajara, Mexico; onsite

What you will do

Support procurement-related events and tender processes.
Follow up on invoice resolution and generate department reports.
Collect and analyze procurement data.
Track samples, coordinate their receipt, and support sample import processes.
Coordinate with suppliers on import and export activities.

Requirements

Be a student of Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Relations, or a related field.
Be available to work onsite in Guadalajara, Mexico.
