What you will do

• Own customer engagements from problem framing through solution delivery and measurable commercial impact.
• Apply and adapt machine learning, forecasting, optimisation, and agentic AI techniques to demand forecasting, pricing, promotion, and supply-chain decisioning problems.
• Work directly with major retailers, manufacturers, customer teams, data scientists, and customer executives.
• Translate successful engagement solutions into product direction and stronger core capabilities.
• Operate autonomously, make delivery decisions, and ship solutions for ambiguous real-world problems.

Requirements

• Strong experience applying machine learning or data science to real-world commercial problems.
• Depth in forecasting, optimisation, supply-chain, or pricing problems is preferred.
• Fluent programming skills in Python and SQL, with the ability to learn additional tools as needed.
• Excellent communication skills, including explaining complex models to non-technical audiences and working with customer executives.
• Comfort with ambiguity, direct customer contact, autonomy, and a fast-paced delivery environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with agentic or LLM-based systems.
• Experience building machine learning systems in production.
