Sr Staff CQE (AI Customers)

What you will do

• Address customer quality inquiries and data requests, manage customer portal inputs, and lead quality review meetings.
• Coordinate with global Product Group, Engineering, Sales, FAE, and quality teams on failure analysis and 8D requirements.
• Drive containment, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive actions through closure.
• Build customer relationships and act as the direct interface for quality issues and concerns.
• Support customer audits with SQE OSAT teams, including annual audits and 8D action follow-up.
• Support RMA strategy definition and execution while helping prevent quality issues and line-down risks.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience and a BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills are required for collaboration with teams primarily in the United States and Malaysia.
• Strong quality mindset, project management, ownership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience preparing 8D reports, customer presentations, and management summaries.
• Knowledge of quality methodologies, semiconductor and IC manufacturing, PCBA/SMT processes, and testing.
• Ability to interpret failure analysis reports and ATE/bench test data; experience with U.S. and Taiwan customer expectations is required.
